The system is easy to install and operate. The operator first selects the flavor choice on the electronic keypad. As the finished product is drawn, concentrated flavorings are injected throughout the soft serve. The flavor output is adjustable for both flow and taste. Four or eight different flavors can be added to a single head freezer. Sixteen to a dual head unit!
Flavorings are packaged in triple layer containers for stable, long shelf life and require no refrigeration. Most operators have found that one gallon of flavoring will yield up to 900 servings! New flavors are simple to insert and lock into place. A complete variety of flavors are available to choose from that will attract both adults and kids alike.
The Flavor Burst system is easy to maintain. With clean and sanitize-in-place functions, cleaning requires only a few minutes per day. The cabinet consists of stainless steel that is easy to wipe clean.
